This is where we both assess whether this fitness challenge is an appropriate fit for you.
The call will be an informal discussion between myself and you in order to understand your fitness goals, current fitness level, and any physical and/or medical limitations that should be taken into account during this fitness challenge.
This will also be an opportunity for you to ask questions about the challenge and discuss any modifications that can be made for your individual needs.
My mission is to help you to succeed! If I believe you will benefit from what I am offering in this challenge, I will be the first to encourage you to sign up.
However, I will also be straight and the first to tell you if you should start with the introductory level, or if we find that you are more advanced, that the next offering would be more appropriate.
